Here he is joined by Pravin Godkhindi whose spellbinding performances on the Bansuri (bamboo) flute have enthralled audiences around the world.

Mehboob Nadeem is a gifted UK based sitarist and vocalist. Trained in the Agra Gharana from a young age, he has developed a keen aesthetic sense for music which has contributed to his excellent skill with improvisation and the rendering of ragas.  Under his Guru and mentor Pandit Arvind Parikh he has excelled and is now acknowledged as one of the most accomplished musicians of the present generation of the Vilayatkhani Gharana, and to be one of the best sitar players in the UK.

Mercury-nominated pianist, Zoe Rahman, releases her new album and announces her UK tour for 2012. Kindred Spirits, her fifth album on her own Manushi imprint, draws on all her many influences. The music is a powerful and fresh portrait of her combined English, Irish and Bengali heritage and features her brother Idris Rahman on clarinet alongside her regular jazz trio partners Gene Calderazzo and bassists Davide Mantovani and Oli Hayhurst.
