The Reluctant Fundamentalist

Mira Nair (Salaam Bombay! Monsoon Wedding) returns with a moving, tragically convincing adaptation of Mohsin Hamid's acclaimed novel. A young Pakistani man living in New York suffers an identity crisis following the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Questioning his life on Wall Street, and with the American woman he loves, he follows a very different path when he moves back to Lahore, where a meeting with a journalist sets the stage for an exploration of uncertainty and prejudice in the post-9/11 world. Featuring excellent performances from Riz Ahmed, Kate Hudson, and Liev Schreiber, this is drama at its most involving.

Sounds Great!

I really want to see this film! roofer Jack

Love this perspective

I love these films that capture the essence of what it's like to be a middle eastern individual living in the USA post 9/11. So many great people that have been treated poorly as a result of narrow-minded individuals in the United States. Doug, from Mesa Tow Truck Company

Sounds interesting

I've never heard of this film but it sounds like something I'd enjoy. The cast members are all talented as well. Roofing Company Birmingham AL
