Isabel Putinja has been a regular contributor to PULSE since 2005.
She is a Wordsmith who enjoys playing with words in a variety of ways: as a writer, translator, proof-reader, blogger. She has written articles on the arts and travel for a variety of publications in Belgium, Canada, India, Singapore and the UK.
Isabel has a passion for travel and the arts and a special interest for India where she spends most of the year writing, studying bharata natyam, odissi, yoga and kalaripayattu, attending classical dance and music festivals across the country, and learning Indian languages. In 2011 she founded Natyakala Arts to promote the Indian performing arts abroad.
